Sample Projects included with TAPI 3 article

Projects in the Class folder use the new TAPI class; 
those in the Compont folder use the component.  
If you would like to try these projects without installing the TAPI 
component, run the projects under the Update subfolders. 

To install the TAPI component in Delphi 3, open Delphi 3, go to 
Components|Install Packages|New and browse to the /Code/Compont 
folder under the folder in which you installed this collection and 
select the TapiCmps.dpl.  This will install  the TAPI component into 
your system.  If you make changes to the TAPI component, you can open 
and rebuild the package TapiCmps.dpk.
